"I'm not gonna sugar coat it"

Hi!  I'm Ashley Paz.  Your run of the mill entrepreneur turned elected official trying to find her place as a fiery red head who is outspoken about social justice, government transparency, and ethics.  Believe it or not, that's not a popular stance in government and politics.  I've lead a fruitful career in event marketing and brand management, and am just coming off the heels of a stint as Executive Director of a nearly 100 year old non-profit organization.  I'm still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up, but I have an amazing network to help me figure it out.  In the meantime, I'm using my skills to help small businesses and non-profit start-ups get off the ground with a firm foundation.  This website and blog is 100% me in all my glory.  I will be sharing my struggles with mental and physical wellness, and the reality of what it's like to navigate politics and business in the Lone Star State.  This website is for me, but I hope that others find a little piece of value in it too.  Peace and Love to you all!
